Part of the original federal circuit courtroom, now broken into private offices

 
The building also housed the federal circuit courtroom on the third floor. The circuit courtroom had unusual "gothic" oak wainscotting around its four walls. Although the circuit courtroom has been broken up into separate offices, the original oak wainscotting remains.
