Typical Entry Positions
Legal secretaries, legal assistants (paralegals), computer specialists, word
processors, file clerks, library clerks, and accounting clerks.

Extensive in-house training courses are available to improve personal computer
skills.
Compensation
Compensation paid to employees is based upon salary surveys with other major
firms in the Central Ohio area and throughout the nation. It is our objective
to be at or above the competitive rates for similar positions within the labor
market. Full-time employees have their performance reviewed annually which may
result in a merit increase in pay.
