Representative Experience

  • Public speaker on a wide variety of computer forensics, e-discovery and data security topics for education-related organizations, including the Buckeye Association of School Administrators, the Ohio School Boards Association, and State Instructional Technology Centers

  • Advises boards of education, MR/DD boards and other public entities on issues arising from the use or misuse of technology, including computer forensics in employee termination, dealing with breaches of data security, managing electronic discovery requests during litigation, management and leasing of telecommunications licenses, and preventing technology misuse or data/records loss

  • Has 30 years experience in managing electronic media, supervising technology applications and data security, and working with educators; consulted for numerous law enforcement agencies, both state and federal, on educational and forensic applications of technology
