Employment and Labor Public Sector Professional Services
Cavett Kreps is a member of the Bricker & Eckler LLP employment and labor group and practices employment law with an emphasis on employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings regarding race, gender, national origin, age and/or disability discrimination claims. Cavett also counsels clients on compliance with employment laws such as the FMLA and FLSA.
