Don Keller is a partner in the Bricker
& Eckler LLP employment and labor group. He practices private and public sector labor relations, equal employment opportunity, and general employment and labor law, emphasizing collective bargaining, arbitration, and defense of all forms of wrongful discharge and discrimination claims. He has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation of labor and employment disputes in state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative enforcement agencies. He represents ERISA plans and insurers in ERISA appeals of health, life and disability claims.

Lead trial counsel in employment discrimination litigation, including disability, age, race and sex discrimination, retaliation and hostile work environment; housing discrimination; Family and Medical Leave Act; Fair Labor Standards Act; WARN Act; public policy wrongful discharge; non-compete and trade secret enforcement and violations
Represents ERISA plans and insurers in defense of ERISA appeals involving denial of health, life and disability benefits
Outside counsel to numerous private and public employers on traditional labor issues, arbitration and collective bargaining
Representation of insurers doing business in Ohio in race discrimination actions involving fair housing agencies and allegations of discriminatory denial of insurance coverage
Served as chief in-house labor counsel for City of Columbus, Ohio 1977-1988, and as outside labor counsel
