Represents foreign and domestic investors in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of office, multifamily, retail, hotel and mixed-use properties throughout the United States
Experienced in the negotiation of complex public-private partnerships in a variety of urban development contracts
Drafts and negotiates purchase and sales agreements, loan agreements and mortgages, leasing and management agreements, cross-easement and operating agreements
Served as Vice President of Real Estate for the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation and Capitol South Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation, nonprofit corporations leading city-changing projects in downtown Columbus
