Diane Signoracci is a partner with Bricker
& Eckler LLP and a member of the health care group. She practices in the areas of health care compliance, billing investigations and audits, provider reimbursement, health care regulation, with emphasis on Medicare reimbursement of hospital providers, physician recruitment issues and litigation involving health care fraud, Qui Tam defense, and contracting issues. She is also experienced in negotiation and preparation of numerous types of managed care and technology contracts.
