Gordie Johnston is a partner with Bricker
& Eckler LLP and a member of the business law group. He provides representation of debtors and creditors in transactions involving loan negotiation and documentation (including asset-based lending transactions), loan workouts, reorganization and insolvency proceedings and in matters involving general commercial law.

Extensive representation of bank and non-bank creditors in matters involving commercial loan transactions, loan documentation and loan workouts
Authored several articles regarding personal property secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code Lectured at various local, state and national seminars regarding debtor-creditor relations and secured lending
