Representative Experience
Represents school districts and property owners before county Boards of Revision, the Board of Tax Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Ohio in disputes related to the valuation of real property
Represents hospitals, school districts, churches, and charitable organizations seeking exemption from, and remission of, real property taxes
Represents physicians, hospitals, and health care providers in complex medical negligence litigation
Defends hospitals in novel subrogation claims filed by personal injury plaintiffs
Represents insurance companies in interpleader actions
Advises national retailers and mortgage brokers regarding sales and advertising practices
Represents and counsels businesses and insurance companies by asserting claims and defending against civil actions in courts within and outside Ohio
