Served as City Attorney for Grandview Heights, OH, July- December 2005
Served as Assistant Attorney General for Special Counsel for Anthony J. Celebrezze, Jr., Attorney General of Ohio, 1983 through 1991; supervised outside counsel in representing all of Ohio's State agencies, colleges and universities
Successfully drafts and seeks passage for legislative initiatives
Litigates original actions in the Ohio Court of Claims, Ohio Supreme Court and appellate courts across Ohio on public policy issues
