Marshall Lerner is a partner practicing in
the tax, trusts & estates practice group with an emphasis on federal taxation, pensions, and employee benefits. He is also experienced in securities litigation, antitrust, business fraud, civil rights, trade secrets, contacts and enforcement of non competition agreements. He works with the firm's Information Services department as Senior Systems Integrator.
Representative Experience
Served as lead trial counsel in civil action that successfully shut down a multi-business security and insurance fraud operation within a week of undertaking the representation, an action that state and federal regulatory authorities had indicated would take months to achieve
Represents numerous governmental, tax exempt and private employers in connection with pension and employee benefits matters
Frequent lecturer to bar association and professional groups on tax, pension and employee benefit matters
