Randy Bank is a partner in the Bricker & Eckler LLP education group and chairs the firm's developmental disabilities group. He practices education law and developmental disabilities law and public sector labor law, emphasizing collective bargaining, contract interpretation and administration, grievance arbitration, employment and personnel matters, and student issues.

Representative Experience

  • Negotiated over 200 collective bargaining agreements

  • Lead counsel during several groundbreaking school strikes

  • Representation of school districts, MR/DD Boards, County agencies, and other public employers throughout the State of Ohio in all areas of education and employment law

  • Participated in the drafting of Ohio School Law, an annual publication of Banks-Baldwin Law Publishing Company

  • Lectures extensively on education and developmental disabilities and employment law topics
