Representative Experience
Has served as lead bond counsel for County of Franklin, Ohio
Served as bond counsel on the first issuance of tax-exempt commercial paper by an Ohio municipality
Handled first Ohio conversion of a mutual savings and loan to a stock savings and loan
Participated in first Ohio issuance of variable rate demand tax-exempt revenue bond by a political subdivision for its own enterprise
Served as first bond counsel to Ohio Enterprise Bond Fund
Serves as lead bond counsel for Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority and underwriter counsel for Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority economic development bond programs
Served as counsel to the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority from 1987 to 1989
