Ed Moore is a partner in the
Bricker & Eckler LLP bond, structured & public finance practice group and chairs the group's Federal Income Tax Committee. He practices in the areas of public finance, corporate finance and federal income tax.
Representative Experience
Serves as bond counsel, borrower's counsel and underwriters' counsel in a wide variety of municipal and corporate financing transactions, including:
Bond, underwriter's and hospital counsel for 501(c)(3) and health care financings, with an emphasis on master indenture structures
Bond, underwriter's and company counsel for multi-family financings, including FHA insured and GNMA collateralized bonds
Serves as primary rebate calculation and compliance advisor
