Representing broker dealers, registered representatives, and investment product providers in customer and industry disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and in federal and state courts relating to the recommendation, purchase, or sale of registered securities.
Representing interests of insurers on important policy issues, such as asbestos litigation reform and tort reform, through amicus curiae briefs filed on behalf of insurers and insurance trade associations in the Ohio Supreme Court and Ohio appellate courts.
