Securities litigation. Bricker & Eckler represents

Representing interests of insurers on important policy issues, such as asbestos litigation reform and tort reform, through amicus curiae briefs filed on behalf of insurers and insurance trade associations in the Ohio Supreme Court and Ohio appellate courts.
