We have structured public and private transactions for bankers acting as underwriters, purchasers, credit enhancers, liquidity providers, trustees, originators and sellers. We have experience structuring transactions that involve assets ranging from health care receivables to special purpose taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Our group is knowledgeable in the areas of financial covenants, liquidity, credit enhancement requirements, collection procedures, off-balance sheet tax treatment, corporate disclosure, and SEC reporting.
