  • Drafted non-compete agreements for logistics company

  • Successfully represented Ohio manufacturers in defense of state and federal employment discrimination lawsuits

  • Served as outside counsel to numerous employers on traditional labor issues, arbitration and collective bargaining

  • Successfully represented numerous employers in union organizational campaigns

  • Advised and represented in-house counsel of large manufacturer regarding general employment questions, severance package negotiations, FMLA policy revisions, and employment litigation
