the May 16, 2003 decision of the Ohio Supreme Court in State ex rel. State v. Lewis, 99 Ohio St.3d 97,
2003-Ohio-2476. The decision resulted in the issuance of a Writ of Prohibition against Perry County
Common Pleas Judge Linton Lewis, the trial judge in DeRolph, prohibiting him from taking any action to
