On January 25, 2007, the second in our series of telephone briefings took place.
The topic was "Corrective Action: Options and Solutions" and it
addressed a number of issues including ways to resolve concerns informally without
resort to the corrective action process; dealing with disruptive and impaired
practitioner behavior; how to deal with summary suspensions; how automatic
suspensions work; and how to handle investigations.
