What is The Bricker Advantage? The Bricker Advantage is the depth of legal and practical experience of our construction law Team. The Bricker Advantage also is a recruiting, training and professional development program that concentrates on a Team orientation by hiring and developing people who we believe are passionate about construction law and dedicated to continuous improvement.

Experience and Depth. The Bricker Advantage means that our construction clients will have available to them a Team of 17 professionals who devote substantially all of their time to construction matters, plus two part-time Team members. Here is our Team by the numbers:

• 12 attorneys total full-time (plus two attorneys assigned part-time)

  • 6 attorneys with engineering degrees, including

  • 2 attorneys who are registered Professional Engineers (Ohio)

  • 2 LEED Accredited Professionals

  • 1 registered Architect (Ohio)

• 4 construction and legal assistants, total

  • 2 construction and legal assistants with engineering degrees

• One Construction Fellow who is a registered Professional Engineer with a Class 3 Wastewater Operators certification

• 200 total years of legal experience

• 140 total years of actual construction experience (Civil, Structural, Environmental, and Construction Management), including three registered professional engineers and one registered architect in the State of Ohio).
