In the area of condominiums, the firm represents developers in the creation of both commercial and residential condominium projects. Our services include the preparation of Declarations, Disclosure Statements, Purchase Contracts and other necessary documentation, as well as the creation of non-profit condominium associations and the bylaws for such associations. Further, we advise developers on issues that need to be addressed in connection with creatings a condominium project.

We also advise developers in connection with the operation of Condominium Associations during such time as the developers control the Condominium Associations for such projects.
