Our services include the preparation of Declarations, Disclosure Statements, Purchase Contracts and other necessary documentation, as well as the creation of non-profit condominium associations and the bylaws for such associations. Further, we advise developers on issues that need to be addressed in connection with creatings a condominium project.

We also advise developers in connection with the operation of Condominium Associations during such time as the developers control the Condominium Associations for such projects.
