For real estate development clients, we handle land subdivision, wetlands off-sets, and environmental assessments and cleanups. We also assist clients in minimizing environmental risks associated with land development. For example, we served as lead counsel for an energy company in the recent negotiation of a ground lease for land upon which two power plants in excess of $500 million will be constructed.
