Economic Development and Bond Counsel for Mixed-Use Developments in Upper Arlington

Assisted the City of Upper Arlington with several transformative economic development projects, including the Gateway mixed-use development project, including a public parking garage, and the redevelopment of the former Macy’s department store site for a community center, senior living facility, multi-family housing, and a public parking garage, in each case using tax increment financing (TIF) and special assessment revenue streams and multiple forms of bond financing, including nontax revenue bonds and income tax revenue bonds.
