Bobbie Sprader is a partner in the litigation practice group of Bricker & Eckler LLP. Her practice is devoted almost exclusively to defending physicians and hospitals in medical negligence, wrongful death actions, and personal injury cases.

Lead counsel in Comer v. Risko, which was successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court, establishing that hospitals are only primarily responsible for their employees, not for their independent contractors
