Chris McCloskey is a member of the Bricker & Eckler construction law group and focuses his practice on construction-related contracting and disputes, as well as general business and litigation.
Representative Experience
Experienced in researching and drafting motions for construction lawsuits, reviewing construction contracts, construction claims, change orders, purchase orders, project analysis, mechanic's liens, bid strategy and project coordination
Served as a staff attorney to Honorable Judge Nodine Miller of Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, where he drafted legal opinions and managed the court’s civil docket
Worked as a district engineer for Economy Forms Company; designed steel systems to form concrete structures
