Represented public owner in lawsuit against contractor when $14 million surface water treatment plant was delivered over a year late and contractor made claims for additional payment
Represented contractor in lawsuit against public owner when payment withheld after component of landfill project failed
Represented County Engineer in lawsuit against bridge contractor when dispute arose over scope of work
Represented landfill contractor in lawsuit where subcontractor made claims for delay damages
Represented engineer in matter where the general contractor failed to make payment for surveying and construction inspection services
Represented developer in lawsuit against homeowners association and engineer who provided project oversight
Prepared and negotiated numerous design/bid/ build and design/build construction contracts for contractors and public and private owners for projects ranging from $400,000 skate park construction to $28 million wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation
