Francisco Luttecke member of the litigation, health care, insurance, and e-discovery and compliance groups. Francisco focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, general commercial litigation and insurance product litigation.
Representative Experience
Represents hospitals and health care providers in medical malpractice litigation
Represents insurance companies against various claims in state and federal court
Represents clients in various commercial litigation matters including those involving business torts, breach of contract claims, construction disputes, fraud and similar claims
Represented an Ohio port authority in a matter involving constitutional law and tort claims
Represented a client in a guaranty case involving breach of contract
Previous Experience
Intern, U.S. Department of Justice, Office of International Affairs, Washington D.C.; reviewed and processed incoming extradition requests and mutual legal assistance requests in both Spanish and English, in coordination with regional teams in Central and South America; maintained contact and acted as a liaison between foreign and domestic prosecutors and OIA attorneys through several stages of the extradition process and with various countries
