Faith Williams is a partner and chair of the Bricker & Eckler insurance, banking, & financial services group. She represents insurance companies on various legal, regulatory and legislative matters and corporate clients and insurance trade associations before the Ohio General Assembly and the executive branch of State government. She also provides counsel to companies, their boards and their executives.
Faith also serves as Bricker & Eckler's Administrative Partner and Diversity Partner.
Representative Experience
Counsels companies regarding corporate governance and compliance with related state and federal requirements
Assists insurers, banks and others in compliance with state and federal privacy laws and regulations
Serves as Legislative Counsel for the Association of Ohio Life Insurance Companies
Provides legislative and regulatory representation to corporate clients and trade associations
Assists life insurance companies in preparation for completion of the Insurance Market Standards Association assessment process; IMSA Qualified Independent Assessor
Served as Vice President, Federal Affairs for the Health Insurance Association of America, (1993-1995)
Represented New York Life Insurance Company before the U.S. Congress on health, pension and other employee benefits issues, (1987-1993)
