Faith Williams is a partner and chair of the Bricker & Eckler insurance, banking, & financial services group and a member of the government relations practice group. She practices insurance law, emphasizing representation of insurance companies on various legal, regulatory, and legislative matters; legislative representation of corporate clients and trade associations of insurers before the Ohio General Assembly and the executive branch of State government.

Legislative and regulatory counsel for the Ohio life insurance industry, representing companies and the Association of Ohio Life Insurance Companies
Legislative representation of corporate clients Assists life insurance companies in preparation for completion of the Insurance Market Standards Association assessment process; IMSA Qualified Independent Assessor

Assists health insurance companies and managed care organizations in regulatory and compliance matters, including product and policy filings
Served as Vice President, Federal Affairs for the Health Insurance Association of America
Represented New York Life Insurance Company before the U.S. Congress on health, pension and other employee benefits issues
