Litigation Intellectual Property Technology
Gregory Krabacher is a Bricker & Eckler attorney practicing in the litigation group. His practice emphases intellectual property litigation and prosecution, including representing clients on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. He also provides counsel regarding electronic discovery issues in litigation.
Representative Experience
Advises clients on all aspects of trademark portfolio management, including pre-filing clearance, application filing strategy, prosecution, maintenance, monitoring, and enforcement; second chair litigation experience in trademark matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in the U.S. federal courts
Prosecutes patent applications in the computer sciences, electro-mechanical and simple mechanical arts; performs analysis for opinions of right to use, non-infringement, design around, and invalidity; second chair litigation experience at the summary judgement phase of major patent litigation in the U.S. federal courts
Counsels clients on copyright law, false advertising, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and state trade secret law; litigation experience in matters involving each of these subject areas in the U.S. federal and State of Ohio courts
Represents clients in disputes over electronic discovery and advises clients on their preservation and production obligations with respect to electronically stored information
As an Information Technology Consultant with Accenture from 1998 to 2002, participated in the design, build, and roll-out of major software initiatives for large corporate and governmental clients nationwide
