Maggie Weber is a member of the Bricker & Eckler LLP litigation department.

Representative Experience

  • Represents insurance companies with various claims in state and federal court. Experience with subrogation, bad faith, coverage, agent termination and indemnification and state and federal interpleader actions

  • Represents secured creditors in health care industry with exercising rights and remedies against borrowers under state law, including state receivership

  • Represents large and small companies in commercial litigation

  • Experience with concurrent multi-district finance litigation and state receivership actions

  • Intern, Human Rights Watch, Washington D.C.; researched human rights violations in the Middle East/North Africa region; conducted research focusing on weapons trade, and Arms Export Control Act
