Construction Public Sector Green Strategies
Rod Davisson is a member of the Bricker & Eckler, LLP Construction Law Group. Rod had more than 15 years of construction field experience before becoming an attorney. In addition to practicing law, Rod is in his second term as the Mayor of a central Ohio municipality.
Rod is an experienced trial attorney and has litigated cases in Ohio State and Federal Courts, and in the Ohio Court of Claims. Rod represents municipalities, counties, school districts, joint vocational districts, and contractors on construction projects and claims. Rod is a well-known lecturer and author on Ohio construction and economic development topics and is a 2006 recipient of Business First's Forty Under 40 award.
Rod is LEED-AP (BD+C) certified (Leadership in Environmental Energy & Design Accredited Professional—Building Design & Construction) and has completed additional training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering in Masonry Design and Construction.
