Oversees and conducts all aspects of litigation, including investigating and evaluation claims and defenses, preparing and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, drafting motions, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, presenting evidence and arguments at trial, and pursuing and opposing appellate relief
