Our creditors' rights and bankruptcy practice group has extensive experience defending and prosecuting claims brought in bankruptcy contested matters and adversary proceedings, including avoidance and recovery actions, turnover actions, nondischargeability actions, involuntary petitions, equitable subordination and lender liability suits, among others.
