• Identify and explain statutory requirements governing the duties of public officers related to the expenditure of funds

• Provide legal guidance regarding registration of lobbyists and consultants with Ohio’s Joint Legislative Ethics Committee

• Provide guidance regarding ethics statutes dealing with interaction with state and local officials and public employees.
