Kurtis A. Tunnell, Anne Marie Sferra and Miranda Creviston Motter have all worked extensively on tort reform issues in Ohio.

Kurtis A. Tunnell
A partner, Kurt served as chief legal counsel to former Ohio Governor Voinovich and has experience in the executive branch of state government, including all major departments and agencies. He also has significant legislative experience in the drafting and enactment of legislation.
 

Anne Marie Sferra
A partner, Anne Marie has experience representing clients in business litigation, including contract and tort actions, class actions, bad faith claims, insurance issues, and a variety of employment related claims. She also has experience representing clients as amicus curiae in both state and federal court, serving as amicus curiae counsel in the Ohio Supreme Court many times.
 

Miranda Creviston Motter
An associate, Miranda’s practice includes representing clients in various insurance regulatory and legislative matters, as well as civil justice reform, campaign finance and election law. Her legislative experience includes testifying before the Ohio General Assembly, drafting legislation and analyzing the potential impact of pending legislation.
