Special Reporting Schedule for Ohio 11th Congressional District
September 2008
A special primary to fill the vacancy in Ohio's 11th Congressional district has been set for October 14, 2008, and a special general election is scheduled for November 18, 2008. These special federal elections trigger added campaign finance filing requirements for PACs or other federal committee that make contributions to candidates running in this election. The Federal Election Commission's schedule for reporting can be found on the FEC webpage.

Updated Federal Campaign Election Laws Resource Now Available Online
May 2008
The Federal Election Commission has updated the compilation of the Federal Election Campaign Act and other laws to include provisions of the Honest and Open Government Act (HLOGA). The compilation is referred to as the "Orange Book".
