Administrative Rulemaking Advocacy
Bricker & Eckler advocates on behalf of clients before state agencies responsible for drafting and implementing administrative rules. When analyzing proposed rules, attorneys in the Government Relations Practice Group call upon the experience of over 100 firm attorneys practicing in the diverse fields of corporate, workers' compensation, health care, insurance, banking, environmental, public finance, trusts and estates, litigation, education, technology and intellectual property, employment and labor, OSHA, real estate, taxation and utilities law. Firm attorneys also assist clients in presenting their concerns about the rulemaking to administrative agencies and the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review.

Administrative Adjudication
