Am. Sub. H.B. 138 passed the Ohio Legislature in May 2000 and
was signed by the Governor on July 27, 2000. Am. Sub. H.B. 138 created a new
trauma system for Ohio hospitals and became effective on October 27, 2000. This site contains the relevant and
available material regarding the Ohio trauma program and is maintained in conjunction with the
Ohio Hospital
Association.
