Biography

Amy Bartemes is a member of Bricker & Eckler's Real Estate group. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate law with an emphasis on representation of real estate developers, institutional mortgage lenders, and telecommunications providers. Amy also represents school districts and other public entities in connection with a broad range of real estate transactions. Additionally, she has a background representing clients before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio on a variety of issues, including applicants before the Ohio Power Siting Board. Amy also has considerable experience in civil and commercial litigation, including contract disputes and insurance defense.
