Betsy Swift has extensive experience advising and counseling clients on the myriad of day-to-day employment issues ranging from discrimination and harassment claims, and investigations and leave issues to discharge and discipline issues, and corporate reorganizations and layoffs. Betsy's practice also includes drafting employment policies, handbooks, severance agreements, employment agreements, non-compete agreements and other employment-related documents. A former teacher, Betsy has extensive experience as a speaker and trainer providing employment-related educational programs for management and trade associations.
