Practicing in Woodsfield and southeastern Ohio since law school, Craig Sweeney’s legal practice focuses on oil and gas counsel and litigation. Craig represents individuals and businesses in title curative litigation in common pleas court, the Seventh District Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio. He also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating oil and gas leases, mineral sale agreements and surface use agreements. Additionally, Craig has assisted a variety of clients in estate planning and business succession planning.
