Biography

Desmond Cullimore is a Professional Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the field. As a Board Certified Environmental Engineer, Desmond specializes in Water Supply and Wastewater, and holds an Ohio EPA Wastewater Treatment Class 3 Operator certification. Desmond was a Bricker & Eckler Construction Fellow with legal experience in project delivery methods, competitive bidding, prevailing wage, contract issues, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Desmond is experienced in residential and commercial development, and utility master planning, and has worked as an engineering consultant and municipal engineering manager. His experience includes managing the planning, engineering, and construction of municipal capital improvements for water distribution systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems, and closed landfills.

Desmond also has experience with collection/distribution systems modeling, watershed protection, landfill environmental monitoring, and the operation, maintenance, and management of public utilities.
