Biography

Justin Cook's practice is focused on matters of federal and state tax, including issues related to tax-exemption, domestic and international transactions and employment tax. In conjunction with his tax practice, Justin also provides guidance on issues concerning for-profit and nonprofit corporate governance.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law. He also earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.
