Jerry O. Allen

Jerry Allen is a partner in Bricker & Eckler Tax, Trusts & Estates group and is chair of the Nonprofit Organizations group.  He practices in the area of taxation, with an emphasis on corporate governance and structuring, nonprofit organizations, international and ad valorem tax matters. Jerry holds an LLM in taxation and has served as General Litigation Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service National Office in Washington D.C.
