Todd O. Reutzel
Todd Reutzel is a partner in the Real Estate group with an emphasis on negotiating retail/restaurant, office, and industrial commercial lease transactions, representing both landlords and tenants, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements on behalf of both private and public entities. He has served as developer's counsel in connection with the negotiation of numerous retail shopping center and restaurant leases with national and regional tenants, and Todd has recently represented tenants in lease transactions for a multi-story restaurant/bar and a large-scale build-to-suit office building.
