Sommer Sheely is a member of the Bricker & Eckler Litigation group with a civil litigation practice. She oversees and conducts all aspects of litigation: investigating and evaluating claims and defenses, preparing and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, drafting motions, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, presenting evidence and arguments at trial, and pursuing and opposing appellate relief.
