Claire Turcotte

Claire Turcotte is a partner in Bricker & Eckler's Health Care group located in the Cincinnati-Dayton office. She counsels hospitals and health care providers in fraud and abuse, Stark Law, and health care regulatory compliance, including HIPAA. She prepares and negotiates health care contracts and advises clients regarding transactions, including physician recruitment, practice acquisitions, employment and other hospital-physician arrangements.

In addition, she has experience in preparation and negotiation of technology contracts, including electronic health records (EHRs), and with federal Stimulus Package incentives available to hospitals for EHR systems. She represents hospitals in drafting and review of physician recruitment and other physician contracts, including Stark compliance review.
