Anthony M. Sharett
Anthony Sharett is a partner in the Bricker & Eckler Litigation practice group and co-chair of the Class Action practice group. He regularly defends financial institutions against regulatory actions and consumer-led litigation in individual and class action matters, counsels clients concerning bank regulatory and transactional matters and consumer initiated matters. He has successfully argued in several Ohio appellate courts to uphold fees that nonbank lenders may lawfully charge customers, and has successfully first-chaired litigation concerning contested foreclosure matters for lending institutions in state and federal courts.
