Mike Holman is a partner in and the former chair of the firm's Construction group. He represents owners, contractors and design professionals in the negotiation, mediation and arbitration or litigation of construction claims, including leaking roofing systems and other claims for defective and non-conforming work, claims delays, claims for lost productivity, and in bid disputes.
