Robert H. Katz
Bob Katz is a member of the Bricker & Eckler Insurance group. He practices insurance law and regulation and corporate and administrative law, with practice experience gained while working with insurance companies, agents, and state regulators from across the country. He was employed for 14 years with the Ohio Department of Insurance as Director during 1982 and 1983, and as assistant director and chief legal counsel. He is also the former Vice-President, Secretary and General Counsel of the J.C. Penney Casualty Insurance Company.
